How to use it
- List every relevant asset and outlet - tanks, calorifiers/cylinders, TMVs, showers, taps and any equipment that can produce aerosols.
- Flag sentinel and little-used outlets so monitoring and flushing schedules can be built directly from the register.
- Record the monitoring task and frequency for each item and keep it aligned with your written scheme of control.
- Review and update the register whenever the system is altered or after a risk assessment review.
