Legionella.io is operated by REMOTE TECH LTD. For any data request, email hello@legionella.io.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, we collect your email address for one purpose: to send occasional updates about UK Legionella guidance, new templates and tools. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form; you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. We store the address with our email provider until you unsubscribe, and we do not sell or share it.
Analytics & cookies
By default we use cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and a self-hosted, aggregate page-view tool) that set no cookies and do not build a profile of you. We also use Google Analytics (GA4), butonly if you accept it via our cookie banner. Until you consent, GA4 runs in Google's cookie-free consent mode and stores nothing on your device; if you accept, it sets analytics cookies to measure usage. We never use any of this to identify you personally, and we do not sell your data. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings (also in the footer), or block analytics with your browser or a content blocker.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Emailhello@legionella.io and we will action it.

We link out to official sources (HSE, NHS, BSI and others) and to our own L8log software. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which govern any data you share with them.
