How to use it
- List each HSG274 Part 3 system on site - humidifiers, misting/spray systems, fountains and water features, vehicle washes, emergency showers/eyewash, dental units and similar aerosol-generating equipment.
- Record the maintenance set by your risk assessment and the equipment manufacturer - cleaning, disinfection, filter changes and flushing of rarely used kit.
- Note the condition or result of each check and log any remedial action into your action tracker.
- Set frequencies from HSG274 Part 3 and the manufacturer's instructions rather than assumed intervals, and keep records with your logbook.
