How to use it
- Use as an outline to document the control measures from your risk assessment, as expected under Regulation 8 of COSHH (ACOP L8).
- For each control measure, state the target, who is responsible, how often it is carried out and where the record is kept.
- The targets shown are illustrative only - set yours from your own risk assessment and current HSE guidance (HSG274).
- Keep the scheme up to date and reference it from your logbook and asset register.
