Risk assessment review-due calculator

When is your Legionella risk assessment due a review? Enter the last assessment date and tick anything that has changed. There is no fixed legal interval, review is driven by change, but two years is a common default when there is no reason to think it has changed.

Has anything changed since then?
Two years is practice, not law

UK guidance does not set a fixed review interval. A review is driven by change, to the water system, its use, the people exposed, or evidence that controls are not working. The two-year default used here is common practice for assessing whether anything has changed; it is not a statutory deadline. Your own risk assessment may set a shorter period.
