Landlord starter pack
A proportionate set for rented homes. Most domestic systems are low risk, so this is the simple evidence a landlord actually needs, not an over-engineered logbook.
The combined PDF is not tagged for assistive technology. Each component links to its canonical HTML page and structured CSV alternative where available.
- Water system asset register / outlet schedule
An inventory of your water system's assets and outlets: the foundation on which monitoring, flushing and your written scheme of control are built.
- Risk-assessment action tracker
A tracker for managing the remedial actions arising from your legionella risk assessment, from finding through to verified completion.
- Legionella temperature monitoring log
A simple log for recording routine hot and cold water temperatures at sentinel and representative outlets, with space to note the action taken when a reading falls outside target.
